Reviewer: from  
I bought my first spi-belt when the company first started and still use it.  I have several including the diabetic one (has a whole for insulin pump) and it is the best! I wear my belts daily and (sorry) love the non-logo since they blend in with black pants otherwise.  PS  You can also sleep in the nude with an insulin pump if you wear a spi-belt!

Whitewater with Spibelt August 31, 2011

I got my son a Spibelt for our trip on the New River Gorge whitewater rafting.  It worked great.  The belt is not waterproof but his insulin pump is.  It provided adequate protection for rafting and swimming in a fairly rough environment.  He wears this belt all the time now.
